Meet With Our OT
In-home initial assessment with an OT to assess your current functional abilities, challenges or difficulties you are experiencing, and your goals.

Assessment and Observation
In-home initial assessment with an OT to assess your current functional abilities, challenges or difficulties you are experiencing, and your goals.

Recommendations and Intervention
The OT will provide a comprehensive written report outlining recommendations, including further intervention required, such as equipment trials and/or home modifications.
